This privacy policy explains how AdURL, a web-based Google Ads management and reporting tool, collects, uses, stores, and protects user data.
Information We Collect
- User account information required to operate the service.
- OAuth authorization data required to connect authorized Google Ads accounts.
- Google Ads customer IDs selected by the authorized user.
- Campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, asset, and performance reporting data retrieved from the Google Ads API.
- User preferences and operational logs needed for security and service reliability.
How We Use Information
Information is used only to provide Google Ads account management, campaign monitoring, reporting, and permitted campaign configuration functionality to the authorized user.
Data Sharing
Google Ads data and user data are not sold. Data is not shared with unrelated third parties except where required to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.
Security
The service uses HTTPS, OAuth-based account authorization, restricted access controls, and secure storage practices for sensitive credentials and tokens.
User Control
Users may disconnect their Google Ads account from the tool. When access is disconnected, the application will stop accessing the relevant Google Ads account and remove or invalidate stored tokens where applicable.
- Users may revoke OAuth access from their Google account settings.
- Users may request deletion of stored account preferences and reporting snapshots.
- Access to account data is limited to the authenticated user and authorized service operations.
